Shipping -
We offer Free Shipping on all orders Australia wide.
An Express Shipping option is available for a flat fee of $20.
We do not ship internationally at this stage. If you are looking to purchase Gineos from outside of Australia, please contact us for further assistance, as we can help facilitate a purchase for you.
Returns -
We offer a 30 day return Policy. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days, unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging & undamaged.
All return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. Cable Society / Gineos Australia will not pay for your return shipping.
Any & all costs incurred by Cable Society / Gineos Australia, associated with your original purchase, can & will be deducted from the original purchase price for all change of mind returns, by way of a "Restocking Fee". This includes, but is not limited to, the original cost of freight, credit card & PayPal fees associated with processing payments & refunds. The total of such "Restocking Fee" will be the equivalent of the costs incurred or 5% of the total sale price.
Refunds -
All refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days from issuance of the refund for these funds to be available in your account. If in doubt, please contact us for further information.
